Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your Soul London creation is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects arising from the manufacturing process, including faults in materials or workmanship.

For the purpose of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the reasonable lifespan of the product, taking into account its nature and use.

If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, Soul London may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Exclusions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover, notably:

  • Normal wear and tear and ageing of the product over time, including scratches, dents, surface wear, or gradual loosening of components.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, abnormal use, or excessive wear.

  • Any alteration, modification, dismantling, or repair carried out by unauthorised parties.

  • The use of components or accessories not recommended by Soul London.

  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, or natural changes in appearance due to regular use.

  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of the product.

  • Any creation where identifying features have been removed, altered, or rendered illegible.

Conditions of Application

To benefit from this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you may be required to present proof of purchase or a valid warranty certificate completed at the time of purchase.

All products submitted under this warranty are subject to examination by Soul London to determine whether the issue falls within the scope of this warranty.

Soul London reserves the right to refuse warranty service where there is reasonable suspicion that the product is counterfeit, lost, or stolen.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your piece is not covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Soul London may offer repair or servicing at an additional charge. Any applicable costs will be communicated to you before the service is carried out.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Lifetime Warranty describes the commercial warranty offered by Soul London.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soul London shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is a commercial warranty and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not replace, restrict, or affect any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
