30-Day Free Resizing

At Soul London, we offer various resizing options depending on the type and complexity of your ring. Previously worn jewellery may be resized, except for full eternity diamond rings. Below, you will find information about our resizing process.

Our workshop adjusts your piece according to its specifications, helping ensure a comfortable fit. If you have any questions, our team is available to help you find the best solution.

Engagement Rings & Diamond Rings

  • Plain metal rings (without diamonds or gemstones): We offer one free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. A £69 fee applies for any resizing beyond two sizes.

  • Engagement rings set with diamonds or gemstones, including bespoke rings: Your jewellery must be examined to determine whether resizing is possible or whether it needs to be remade.

  • If resizing is possible, we offer it free of charge for up to two sizes up or down. If the difference exceeds two sizes, a minimum fee of £69 will apply.

Half-Eternity & Full-Eternity Diamond Rings

  • Full eternity diamond rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our team to explore alternative solutions.

  • Three-quarter eternity diamond rings: These rings must be assessed to determine whether resizing is possible or whether they need to be remade. The cost will depend on the size difference.

Wedding Bands

  • Plain metal wedding bands (without diamonds or gemstones): We offer one free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. A £69 fee applies for resizing beyond two sizes. Our team will examine your ring before confirming the final cost.

  • Wedding bands set with diamonds or gemstones: These must be inspected before resizing to ensure that the setting allows for adjustments.

Bespoke Rings

  • Free resizing is not offered for bespoke orders. However, resizing may be possible for a £69 fee, depending on the jewellery design.

  • Once we receive your request, our team will assess whether resizing is feasible and discuss the available options with you.

  • Due to the complexity of certain designs, additional costs may apply if resizing requires significant alterations or if the ring needs to be remade. All additional costs will be communicated in advance, and you can decide whether to proceed.

  • Bespoke orders cannot be refunded but may be exchanged. Additional fees may apply depending on the item selected for exchange.

Resizing Process

Please contact our customer service team before sending jewellery for resizing. We will provide the applicable instructions and confirm the appropriate workshop address.

Jewellery Repairs

  • The standard repair timeframe is 10 to 14 working days. Please contact our customer service team to submit a repair request.

  • If a manufacturing defect is identified and covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, your jewellery will be repaired free of charge, subject to the warranty terms.

  • Once we receive your jewellery, we will assess it and inform you if any repair fees apply.

  • If your jewellery needs to be remade, the process will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
